The bar and the catering business are managed and led by both Olivier Tsemo and Robert Walcott. They both have a passion for African and Caribbean cuisine. Professionally, they bring an extensive experience in small and large food and drink business. Robert has worked for more than 20 years implementing and administering with success his business strategy across many bar and food industry in Sheffield. He has solid understanding of all aspects of retail business including inventory management, sales forecasting and planning, marketing among others.
They will be able to utilise their experiences in the business to streamline business operations and improve sales.
